Ivy in the Park – Canary Wharf

I am a huge fan of the Ivy family. It’s just good, feel good food. So naturally when I heard they were opening in Canary Wharf I was overly excited!

I tried booking as soon as they opened but could only get a booking for lunch today. But good things come to those who wait.

Funny story – I bumped into a friend I used to work with 5 years ago randomly in the Waitrose in Canary Wharf (where all good love stories start!) so we decided to meet for lunch and it just had to be The Ivy! I didn’t really give her a choice if I’m honest ha!

It was a beautiful sunny (yet freezing) day, it was my last day before I go off on holiday and work was soooo busy but of course I was so excited about this that I scheduled it into my diary!

And last but not least… I can’t not share a few pics of me!!!

PS. How cute is my top from Shein! 🙂 Sometimes I look like this at work and sometimes (most times) I look like I need to be reported to the nearest homeless shelter.
