So this Ramadan is clearly about how many different desserts I can make without making myself obese, so join me on this journey! This is probably the EASIEST recipe you will ever make, no bake, no fuss, and turns out so so good every single time
Ingredients
15 digestive biscuits, blitzed
130g lightly salted butter, melted
1 can of Caramel Carnation
3 bananas
280ml double cream
Method
You’ll need either a tart baking tray, or little pots where you can create these little banoffee pies. The recipe can also be used for a full banoffee pie 🥧

1. Blitz the digestive biscuits and add in the melted butter, mix well.
2. Spoon the mixture evenly but generously into the pots you’re using. Use the back of a spoon to even it out. Refrigerate for 30 mins
2. Whilst the biscuits are setting, whip the double cream, whip it good and then whip it a little more. You want to get to a stage where the cream is smooth but can create a stiff peak
3. Now the fun part – take the biscuit out the fridge, layer a thick generous portion of caramel Carnation, then a layer of bananas, then the cream
4. Garnish with some more caramel Carnation
